Note: CultureWarrior.net website site is owned by Anvil House Publishers LLC which is wholly owned by Larry G. Johnson. Hereafter and where applicable, Larry G. Johnson, CultureWarrior.net, and Anvil House Publishers LLC shall be referred to as CultureWarrior.net.

The mission of CultureWarrior.net is described under the About tab. You are encouraged to use the website and refer others to it as it relates to this mission. However, if the rules for usage are broken by the user or the user interferes unduly with anyone else’s use of the site, use privileges will be terminated at the sole discretion of Larry G. Johnson or his designated representative. By using this site you agree to be bound by the terms of use stated herein, as amended, as well as the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, described elsewhere in this website, which is incorporated by reference herein.

Comments

CultureWarrior.net allows you to post comments on the site, provided that you first register to do so with a name and valid e-mail address. CultureWarrior.net, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to limit the number of persons permitted to register to comment on the website and/or the number of comments per post.

CultureWarrior.net may allow as much or as little opportunity for registration as it chooses, in its absolute discretion, and it may close particular comment threads or discontinue its general policy of allowing comments at any time. By registering to post comments, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are solely responsible for your account’s activity.

CultureWarrior.net reserves the right to delete your comments or revoke your registration for any reason whatsoever. Comments generally will not be deleted simply because they are in disagreement with the mission of CultureWarrior.net, the opinions of Larry G. Johnson, or others whose comments appear. However, comments will be deleted if, in the opinion of Larry G.Johnson or his designated representative, those comments are considered to be (a) off-topic; (b) libelous, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, profane, pornographic, offensive, false, misleading, or which otherwise violates or encourages others to violate these terms of use or any law, including intellectual property laws; or (c) “spam,” i.e., an attempt to advertise, solicit, or otherwise promote goods and services.

CultureWarrior.net does not own your comments and expressly disclaims any and all liability that may result from them. By commenting on CultureWarrior.net, you agree that you retain all ownership rights in what you post here and that you will hold harmless CultureWarrior.net, Anvil House Publishers LLC, and Larry G. Johnson and his/their employees and assigns, from any and all liability that may result from those postings. You further agree to grant CultureWarrior.net and Anvil House Publishers LLC a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to store, use, transmit, display, publish, reproduce, or otherwise distribute your comments without limitation, as well as to make such additional uses of them as may be needed by CultureWarrior.net and Anvil House Publishers LLC.

Trackbacks

CultureWarrior.net may allow third-party websites to send trackbacks to posts, but CultureWarrior.net may, in its absolute discretion, disable this option for particular posts or discontinue my general policy of allowing trackbacks at any time.

CultureWarrior.net reserves the right to delete trackbacks for any reason. As with comments, a trackback won’t be deleted merely because CultureWarrior.net disagrees with the post it comes from. Trackbacks will be deleted from posts that are considered to be (a) off-topic; (b) libelous, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, profane, pornographic, offensive, false, misleading, or which otherwise violate or encourage others to violate these terms of use or any law, including intellectual property laws; (c) “spam,” i.e., attempts to advertise, solicit, or otherwise promote goods and services. Usually, trackbacks will be deleted from posts that do not reference the post on culturewarrior.net that they are tracking back to.

In no event shall CultureWarrior.net, its owner, its independent contractors, affiliates, or agents or Larry G. Johnson be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our website, (iii) unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website, (v) bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party, and/or (vi) errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via this site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages.
